In order to help students get to know you better, please upload a 1 – 3 minute long video introducing yourself. This is your opportunity to make a great first impression and showcase your personality and teaching styles.

Please include the following in your video:

• Your name or what you’d like to be referred to
• A brief overview of your background and or teaching style
• A friendly few words about yourself and your interests

Please speak clearly and naturally, as you would when first meeting a student.

Video requirements:

• Duration: 1 – 3 minutes
• Positioning: the video should show a professional front-facing frame (face and upper body)

• Angle: no angled shots, side views, filters or full body videos. Please ensure the camera is eye-level and stable.
• Background: please keep your background tidy, professional and well lit.
• Attire: casual yet presentable is ideal.

Guidelines for profile photo, for tutors it is compulsory to upload:

• Please upload a clear, front-facing photo of yourself.
• Aim for a well-lit, neutral background, and a friendly, professional appearance.
• Please do not upload photos with side angles, filters or full body shots.
